Very spacious villas. The pool was great and very well looked after. We liked the fact that the villas were alarmed and that all 11 of us could be together with the privacy of our own pool.

Above and beyond the call of duty I would like to give my appreciation to the service man on your emergency mobile (Sunday 21/1/07) who on hearing of my car hire problem of my second puncture, contacted his brother in law (who worked for the car hire company) who promptly rescued me from Timanfaya Tourist Centre as I had had no luck in contacting them directly for the previous hour. Both came to my rescue and changed my tyre. I was so grateful for their prompt assistance. Pam Willetts.

Everything was superb. What we liked about this villa was the privacy. Cleaning girls good and friendly. Overall we enjoyed our first holiday in Lanzarote and would be very happy to come here again.

The best holiday we have had in Lanzarote. The villa has made this holiday. It is excellent. The pool warm and good for kids. Excellent location cannot fault anything. The couple who brought clean towels and did the garden was very helpful. (Hague family)

Very comfotable and relaxing place. Welcome pack was unexpected and a nice touch. Staff, when booking and here, have been great - very friendly. Villa was just what we were looking for.

This was our fifth time to book our villa in Puerto Del Carmen with Lanzarote Property Management. The villa was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view and was a real home from home. The facilities, both inside and outside, were first class. As our flight to Dublin was not leaving until late afternoon we were able to leave our luggage with Lanzarote Property Management while we made the most of the last day of out holiday. Once again the staff were more than helpful. We are looking forward to next year already ( The Kirbys) Many thanks again, and especially to Sandra for her help and kindness
