Outside ground level Pool (acclimatised in the winter months) with gradual steps and hand rail.There are 8 sun loungers around the pool and an outdoor dining table with chairs and parasol. Ground floor Large lounge with two comfy settees and further seating for up to 10 people. There are two picture windows to the poolside. A TV with English language channels, DVD player and films are provided. There is a CD player and radio. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and door to outside BBQ area under the pergola. Upper floor Extensive wardrobe area, bathroom and large bedroom with picture windows to the most wonderful sea and mountain views. Patio doors lead to the roof terrace which has table and chairs for two. Lower floor A further lounge with settees for quiet time and relaxation, a double futon for an extra person or two, hifi, twin bedroom with two sets of bunk beds to sleep 4 and one bathroom. There is also a games area with table football and full sized pool table. The drive is gated with space for two cars if you really want to drive but car hire is not needed. The seafront location means you can stroll to the beaches, bars and restaurants at any time!
