The villa has direct access to a scenic cliff top walkway and is ideally situated in a quiet residential area for access to the old village and harbour and in the opposite direction the stylish marina of Puerto Calero is within walking distance. If you do not want to venture too far, there is a small commercial centre close by, with a supermarket and small selection of restaurants and bars.

The 8m x 3.5m oval shaped pool with roman style steps (acclimatised in the winter months) is surrounded by a spacious terrace, equipped with parasols and sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular views of the sea and Fuerteventura. The villa has off street parking and a car port.
