Situated in the San Antonio area of Puerto del Carmen, this delightful two bedroom semi-detached duplex is on the popular Jardines San Antonio complex. This is one of the finest developments in the area and is meticulously managed and maintained. It is located in a very quiet area and yet it is only a few minutes walk to the Avenida with its variety of shops, bars and restauramts. The complex has a swimming pool and a children's pool, both of which are heated all year round and the centre of the development is comprised of very nice mature gardens which give it a tropical air. This part of Puerto del Carmen is all on level ground and, for those who like a little gentle exercise, there is a very nice walk along the seafront in the direction of the airport. The beach is no more than five minutes from the house, the local grocery store is about the same and, if you decide to rent a car, it is always easy to find a parking space close by

Jardines San Antonio is situated in the Los Pocilios area of Puerto del Carmen.This area is flat with the beach, shops and restaurants of the main avenida close by. The busy resort started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sun beds and shades are available for hire and in addition various water sports available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive or you can take the taxi boat from the old town harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities include: Theme park, boat trips, Deep sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini golf, go karting, tennis, sports centre, bike hire, shopping centre, spas and wellness centres, horse riding (in Macher village), whale museum (Puerto Calero) Water Park (Costa Teguise)
