This beautifully appointed family accommodation is situated in the old town part of Puerto del Carmen.

Modern and stylish, the property is within easy walking distance of the picturesque fishing harbour and its bars and restaurants. Alternatively take a walk along the coastal path to the Puerto Calero Marina where you can relax over a drink or meal at one of the quayside bars.

The villa is built on two levels in its own gardens with large terraces for sunbathing, barbecuing or just admiring the view. The lower level enjoys the swimming pool, together with a hot spring jacuzzi and American BBQ.

The villa is on 2 levels with a double and twin room on the ground floor. There are steps down to the pool area and the games room is on the lower level.

Superb games room with table tennis table, pool table, bar football, and a large steam room with seating for 7 people; utility area with washing machine. All rooms have air-conditioning, which can be used as wall heating in winter months. There is also a safety deposit box

Location

Villa Natalia is situated in a quiete residencial area in the headland above the old town in Puerto del Carmen. The busy resort started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sun beds and shades are available for hire and in addition various water sports available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive or you can take the taxi boat from the old town harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities include: Theme park, boat trips, Deep sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini golf, go karting, tennis, sports centre, bike hire, shopping centre, spas and wellness centres, horse riding (in Macher village), whale museum (Puerto Calero) Water Park (Costa Teguise)
