The one bedroom annexe which will sleep 2 people has an american style white fitted kitchen with electric oven, 4 ring hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, breakfast bar with 2 stools; small lounge area with comfortable sofa and TV; double bedroom with iron bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning; en suite with steps up to sunken bath/shower, toilet and washbasin.

The huge sun terrace with built in gas BBQ and patio furniture offers both open and shaded areas with panoramic views of the beach and sea. There is a luxury 4 seater hot tub in which to unwind with a glass of wine and enjoy those magnificent sunsets and a door leading to a smaller terrace and the annexe apartment.

The penthouse has an alarm and entry phone system.

Maid service is provided twice weekly.
