Modern and stylish, the property is within easy walking distance of the picturesque fishing harbour and its bars and restaurants. Alternatively take a walk along the coastal path to the Puerto Calero Marina where you can relax over a drink or meal at one of the quayside bars.

Recently refurbished to a high standard the villa is built on two levels in its own gardens with large terraces for sunbathing, barbecuing or just admiring the view. The lower level enjoys the swimming pool, together with a hot spring jacuzzi and American BBQ.

The accommodation sleeps up to 10 people and comprises:

Upper level
Entrance hall leading to large circular lounge with relaxing leather sofas, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, and music centre; adjoining dining room with picture windows and patio doors opening on to a large terrace overlooking the pool; leading to fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and fridge/freezer; large master bedroom with four poster bed and patio doors which open on to the upper terrace overlooking the pool below, en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobes; twin bedroom; shower room; stairs lead from the entrance hall to the lower level.

Lower level Superb games room with table tennis table, pool table, bar football, and a large steamroom with seating for 7 people; utility area with washing machine; hall leading to double bedroom, further twin bedroom; large bathroom with separate shower cubicle; stairs lead from this level to the pool area.
All rooms now have air-conditioning, which can be used as wall heating in winter months

Maid service is provided twice weekly.
