Constructed in 1998, these attractive detached bungalows are well located in a quiet area close to the Riu Hotels on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen, only a few minutes walk from the Los Pocillos beach and only 800m from the nearest bars and restaurants. Each property has its own terrace and attractive mature small garden and guests can enjoy the use of the Caserones swimming pool which is acclimatised during the winter months.
Each bungalow sleeps up to 5 people and offers the following: comfortably furnished lounge, complete with TV, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, doors that open out onto the terrace; modern all electric kitchen well equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and breakfast bar; 1 double bedroom; 1 twin bedroom; 1 full bathroom.
Caserones 4 has an additional shower room recently added.
Caserones 5 has air conditioning.
