The dining room has an eight place table and chairs, a sideboard unit and patio doors to the terrace. The fully fitted kitchen includes electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a host of appliances and utensils for self-catering. There is a washing machine and drying area. For guests' security and peace of mind the villa has a safe and a burglar alarm system. Outside there is spacious sun terracing with al fresco patio shaded by a pergola with table and chairs. Sunbathing terrace with cushioned sun-loungers surrounds the inviting 8 x 4 metre swimming pool (acclimatised in the winter months). For alternative relaxation there is an American hot spring spa jacuzzi. From the terrace there are views of the sea and mountains. A barbecue completes the outside facilities.
