This completely refurbished, detached villa is situated in the very popular resort of Puerto del Carmen, just a short stroll from the sandy beaches, retail outlets & restaurants on the main Avenida.
Villa Waters Reach, set in itīs own garden, with an inviting, rectangular shaped electrically heated (during the winter months), 8x4 metre private swimming pool, is located on a medium sized development of well established villas.
The villa is constructed on two levels. The first floor comprises:
Good size lounge/diner, comfortably furnished with a three piece suite, dining table and chairs, satellite TV (limited chanels),DVD player; the breakfast bar separates the dining area from the modern fitted kitchen, which has electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave/combi oven and ample utensils for self catering; bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and hand basin. This level has two balconies, one very spacious and south facing, equipped with BBQ, patio chairs & table, overlooking the pool and affording good sea views. The other, to the front of the property offers inland views.
Ground floor: three bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes; the two twin bedrooms and double bedroom offer comfortable sleeping for up to 6 people; family bathroom with bath/shower, WC and vanity unit.
There is a separate 'solana' with a washing machine.
The private swimming pool is surrounded by a patio area where you can relax at the patio table or on the sunbeds. An outside shower is located close to the pool.
Off road parking at the front of the house is an added advantage should you wish to hire a car to explore the welcoming island of Lanzarote.
