Villa El Tinajo, an oasis in the exclusive area of Los Mojones, is a 15 minute walk from the new town avenida, and the welcoming sandy beaches. The Old Town with the tranquil harbour and array of bars and restaurants is also a 10 minute walk away.
The entrance door to the villa (which has entry phone), opens into a small courtyard which in turn leads to the front door opening into a large hall. From here the comfortably furnished lounge with three piece suite, satellite TV with limited channels, DVD player are adjacent to the indoor dining area. The super modern kitchen consists of electric oven & ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine, kettle, toaster and an array of utensils for self catering. The villa which has been recently refurbished throughout, comprises two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and dressing tables, both on ground level. The spacious master double bedroom, with adjoining luxury en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and the twin bedded second bedroom, with family bathroom and shower, bidet and vanity unit are refreshingly decorated. Large Patio doors open from the dining area & living area to the Kidney shaped electrically heated (winter months) pool, ideal for secluded bathing, surrounded by mature gardens offering a relaxed atmosphere. The Patio area has a traditional Canarian BBQ area which has built-in seating and also has additional patio table and chairs for al fresco dining. The first floor patio can be accessed via external steps, which has views of the sea.
