The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa sleeps up to 6 and comprises:
Entrance hall leading to modern, spacious, fitted cream coloured kitchen retaining a rustic feel with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster, separate breakfast bar with high stools; utility area with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board, access to outside drying area; comfortable, stylishly decorated lounge with feature apex ceiling, leather sofas, glass dining table and chairs, satellite TV (with full Sky package), DVD player, CD music centre, double patio doors leading to terrace and pool area; 2 twin bedrooms, ample fitted wardrobes, distant sea views; separate bathroom with washbasin, bath/shower and toilet; master bedroom with iron double bed,fitted wardrobes and double patio doors leading to pool terrace; en suite bathroom with twin washbasins, bath/shower, toilet and bidet.
The detached villa is set in its own neatly bordered gardens with high walls for added privacy. The pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and covered area for dining al fresco with portable BBQ. There is also a 19 jet American hot spring jacuzzi.
Maid service is provided twice weekly.
