La Bocaina is a residential development of villas in central Puerto del Carmen. The main avenida with it's large selection of restaurants, shops, bars, and long sandy beach is approximately 6 minutes walk. The resort has a traditional Old town, well known for it's variety of fish restaurants, water sports and boat trips. These Bocaina villas are two storey and modern, all have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private pool which is acclimatised in the winter months. The villas are similar in style and comprise:- Ground floor Fully equipped kitchen with 4 ring electric cooking hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, small table; Utility room with washing machine and drying area; bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin; twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes; Lounge with dining table and 6 chairs, seating area, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, portable music player, terrace doors leading to pool area; sun terrace with table and chairs, sunbeds, portable BBQ; rectangular pool (acclimatised in the winter months) First floor Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes; double bedroom with fitted wardrobes; bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin; sun terrace.
