| This well appointed, 3 bedroom detached, spacious villa, partially refurbished in 2007, is situated in the old town Montaña Tropical area of Puerto Del Carmen. It is just a 5 minute walk to the nearest shops, bars & restaurants and 10 minutes to the old harbour with it's sheltered sandycove “Playa Chica”, offering an array of watersports and water borne activities. The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people. The villa is all on one level, with one step up to the front door and comprises: Entrance hall with French doors leading to the apex roofed lounge, with two & three seater sofas, TV, DVD & satellite (limited channels)and patio doors leading to the pool area. To the front of the hallway is the kitchen/dining room, with fitted units, electric oven, hob and extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave and a table for indoor dining; the door from the kitchen leads to the BBQ area. To the right of the hallway are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, double basin unit, bidet and the housing for the washing machine. The second bathroom has a bath, overhead shower, bidet and single basin unit. There are two double bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. The rectangular shaped pool is 8m x 4m, has Roman style steps, a pool cover and is acclimatised during the winter months. The pool area has non slip, hard wood decking, outdoor shower, built in BBQ (with sink), dining table, sun umbrella, chairs and sun loungers and is surrounded by mature gardens and ample terrace for dining al fresco. The property has a safe. Maid service is provided twice weekly. | |
