This large, modern villa is surrounded by spacious, mature gardens and enjoys sea views. Located in the popular centre of Puerto del Carmen, just a 7 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to the nearest shops.
The property is on two levels, has both open and covered terraces, offers privacy and is ideal for both indoor and outdoor dining. There is a Jacuzzi as well as a spa bath built in to the swimming pool, BBQ and satellite TV (limited channels).
