Situated in a peaceful cul de sac the villa is just a short stroll from the harbour and old town square which has an abundance of fish restaurants and good selection of shops and bars. The new town with its long sandy beach is approximately 15 minutes walk away and the nearest shopping centre is only a 10 minute stroll. Entrance to the villa is through mature gardens with off street parking.

The elevated covered terrace with distant sea views has a table & chairs for al fresco dining, a portable gas BBQ and outdoor gas patio heater. The oval 11m x 4m pool (electrically heated during the winter months) is surrounded by spacious sun terraces with cushioned sunbeds ideal for soaking up the sun. Gardens and a traditional lava rock wall surround the terraces.
