The villa sleeps up to 8 and comprises: Ground Level: This magnificently furnished villa offers a very stylish open plan design, consisting of a lounge area with a large picture window offering magnificent views over the resort, a luxuriously large comfortable modern “L” shaped sofa, plasma screen TV, DVD player, Sky satellite system (limited channels), with access to the sun terrace, dining area with wooden dining table and six leather chairs; high tech fitted kitchen consisting of a central island and breakfast bar with seating for four, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle; leading off is a fully equipped shower room; twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and access to the terrace area; master bedroom, Japanese style furnishings including standard size double bed with plasma screen TV, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom (accessed by both twin and master bedrooms), patio doors leading to the swimming pool and sun terrace; staircase leads to the Lower Ground Level: Where there are a further 2 double bedrooms; with free standing wardrobes; fully fitted shower room with toilet; spacious games room with table tennis and pool tables with a galley kitchen. A spacious sun terrace and wooden decked area with free standing barbecue surround the rectangular 5m x 10m swimming pool (heated in the winter months) with gentle walk-in steps to the pool, providing ample sunbathing, dining and comfortable seating areas from where you can relax and soak up the breathtaking views; charming gardens with off road parking for 2 cars Maid service is provided twice weekly |
