This very attractive single story villa is to be found close to Los Pocillos Beach in Puerto del Carmen. This villa is just one road back from the beach road and is close to all amenities. There is no need to hire a car if you rent this villa.

Interior: The villa sleeps four and the accommodation comprises of one double bedroom and one twin bedded room. The double room has an en-suite consisting of a double sink, bidet, toilet and bath with shower. There is a separate bathroom to serve the twin bedded room, again this comprises of a double sink, bidet, toilet and bath with shower. The lounge area is beautifully furnished and off this can be found a well-equipped kitchen. The lounge has a television with a basic SKY package and a radio/CD player. The kitchen offers an oven, microwave and fridge-freezer.

Exterior: The fully heated swimming pool (9 x 4 metres) is surrounded by a large patio area. Patio dining furniture, a barbeque and sun loungers will ensure that you are able to enjoy the wonderful climate. There is also a drying area which house a washing machine.

Amenities: The villa is ideally situated for those looking for excellent accommodation close to all amenities. Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. A six minute walk takes you to the wonderful beach of Los Pocillos. The villa is situated at the San Antonio end of Los Pocillos beach.

This villa is furnished to a high specification and is maintained by our local, English owned, Spanish company. We aim to ensure that your holiday is an enjoyable one which is free of problems. A maid service is provided once a week and there is a twice weekly towel change. Beach towels are not provided. A cot can be provided if required. Infants under two are our guests.
